Devotee’s written question: Hare Krishna. I have a query Prabhupada says: “To associate with the holy name and chant the holy name is to associate with the Personality of Godhead directly.”However my limited mind says: surely chanting japa is inferior to actually e.g playing ball games or having fun directly with Krishna face to face. Please

(HH KKS 12/06/1999)Maybe you have heard of the Kumbh Mela? The Kumbh Mela is the biggest gathering in the world! (HH KKS 12/06/1999) So how can we serve Him here? By just using whatever we have for Krishna. I can use everything: computer, anything can be used for Krishna. So there is no need to move, no need to go live in the forest, or to go to the Himalayas to give up the world,

I've created this foundation to preserve my media and to support African preaching programs in South Africa

HH Kadamba Kanana Swami Departs

Dear Devotees

On Thursday 9th March at 12.06pm, under the gaze of Śrī Giriraja, in the holy land of Śrī Vṛndāvana dhāma, in the loving company of his spiritual master and the vaisnavas, with a resounding kirtan party, His Holiness Kadamba Kanana Swami departed from this material realm.

"Intelligent persons who take shelter of beautiful Vrndavana's opulent vines melting with motherly love, and throw far away the idea that they are material, become supremely successful, both in this life and also after death." (Prabhodananda Saraswati, Vrindavana Mahimamrta)
