The Hare Krishnas have problems

The Hare Krishnas have problems

(HH Kadamba Kanana Swami, 2nd October 2012, Cronolla, Australia) Yoga Studio Program     To tell you the honest truth, the Hare Krishnas have problems –  they do. The problems are that they have very high ideals and very exalted spiritual goals – noble, very noble, but they are human beings, believe it or

When love supersedes politeness

When love supersedes politeness

(HH Kadamba Kanana Swami, Cape Town, South Africa, 25 September 2011) Politeness is required when we are not pure… when our feelings are not pure; otherwise we would offend each other many times a day so we learn some politeness to govern social rules. But when there is genuine love… real love… then that supersedes

Drinking the nectar of the Bhagavatam until you faint!

(HH Kadamba Kanana Swami, Durban, South Africa, 22nd September 2012) Lecture: SB 11. 31. 24-28 The Srimad Bhagavatam enters in many ways.  Even if we read and forget, the Bhagavatam enters in subtle ways within us.  So even if externally we don’t seem to remember the Bhagavatam so much, it’s not a fact. HH Kadamba Kanana Swami Departs

Dear Devotees

On Thursday 9th March at 12.06pm, under the gaze of Śrī Giriraja, in the holy land of Śrī Vṛndāvana dhāma, in the loving company of his spiritual master and the vaisnavas, with a resounding kirtan party, His Holiness Kadamba Kanana Swami departed from this material realm.

"Intelligent persons who take shelter of beautiful Vrndavana's opulent vines melting with motherly love, and throw far away the idea that they are material, become supremely successful, both in this life and also after death." (Prabhodananda Saraswati, Vrindavana Mahimamrta)
