The missionary aspect of a sadhu

The missionary aspect of a sadhu

(Kadamba Kanana Swami, 26 July 2016, Swiss Summer Camp, Switzerland, Srimad Bhagavatam Lecture) A sadhu (holy man) is a missionary. Preaching is the fruit of his labour. However, one must first gain some depth before he can really preach. What does this mean? It means that first he must have faith! Preaching is highly dependent

The Uddhava Lecture

The Uddhava Lecture

(Kadamba Kanana Swami, 25 July 2016, Swiss Summer Camp, Switzerland, Srimad Bhagavatam 12.3.1-2) Uddhava is very broadly described in our scriptures. Uddhava was a devotee of the Lord from his childhood. Advanced souls get the chance to take birth in a devotee family; the liberated soul never forgets Krsna. Vidura is actually Yamaraj who had

Villa Vrindavan in Italy, 2016

Written by Nimai After leaving the Czech Summer Camp, Kadamba Kanana Swami stayed for one night (04 July) at the Prague temple. He needed this little recess to gain some strength after the busy days at the camp. It was just a quick stop though, as we were already thinking about the upcoming kirtan event

I've created this foundation to preserve my media and to support African preaching programs in South Africa

HH Kadamba Kanana Swami Departs

Dear Devotees

On Thursday 9th March at 12.06pm, under the gaze of Śrī Giriraja, in the holy land of Śrī Vṛndāvana dhāma, in the loving company of his spiritual master and the vaisnavas, with a resounding kirtan party, His Holiness Kadamba Kanana Swami departed from this material realm.

"Intelligent persons who take shelter of beautiful Vrndavana's opulent vines melting with motherly love, and throw far away the idea that they are material, become supremely successful, both in this life and also after death." (Prabhodananda Saraswati, Vrindavana Mahimamrta)
