Written by Uddhava & Gokula

“Our vision is being covered by the three modes of material nature, so we cannot see the Lord. The pure devotees of the Lord are carrying the message, the mercy, and the power of the Lord. And this power is the only power that will deliver us from this world. Therefore, it is important to connect to our spiritual master, the Guru, as he has the connection to Krishna.”
Kadamba Kanana Swami
It is in this spirit that the Kadamba Foundation presents its 2024 Annual Report. By the mercy of Kadamba Kanana Swami, the foundation continues to serve the spiritual master by ensuring that his mission remains firmly connected to the vision of spreading Krishna Consciousness in every town and village.
What happened in 2024?
We are already in the second quarter of the year so 2024 might feel like a distant memory. But there were many events, festivals and exciting projects that took place. The best place to keep yourself updated on our events and festivals is our event calendar. And for recent projects take a look at at our Projects page.
- From Mar 27 to Apr 3, 2024, the festival celebrating the inauguration of the samadhi monument and the first disappearance festival of Kadamba Kanana Swami was held in Vrindavan.
- The auction of electronic devices was executed
- The Giriraja in Vrindavan photos & quotes book was published
- New translations for Guru & Disciple were published in Telegu, Croatian and the Dutch languages.
- Wonderful Krsna was translated into Russian
- And we attended the Vyasa-puja festival in Radhadesh and danced during the Kingsday harinam in Amsterdam
Financial insights
Next to our events and projects, the annual report provides an in-depth overview of our financial situation. Its divided into three parts:
- Our income, like donations and sales
- Our expenses
- Our assets, like bank balances and stock
Completing the overview are the required accounting forms; Income and expenses sheet, balances and the charity form. You can find all the accompanying forms here.

Looking forward
As we are entering spring, (or autumn for the southern parts of the world), we are full in action. With the 2nd disappearance festival in Vrindavan still fresh in our minds, we are preparing ourselves for the Vyasa-puja and Kingsday. On top of that we’re publishing the latest book called “Bhakti Vision” and working a secret project that should be launched during the Vyasa-puja festival.
Oh! and what about “The best of zooms”, “The new zooms”, “The reading room” and fundraising!?
Thank you’s
The Kadamba Foundation is not just three trustees, it is all of us that make it possible. And together we can fulfill the mission that Kadamba Kanana Swami wanted us to achieve. Therefore we want to thank all of you for participating in our projects and events. Thank you to our kind donors who actively contribute to the African preaching projects. And thank you to our volunteers who “run” the foundation. Without you it would not have been possible.
“Attachment to service leads to attachment to Krsna”. Kadamba Kanana Swami, Forever Present.
