Eastern Perspectives on Western Insights
In his usual spontaneous and reflective manner, Kadamba Kanana Swami responds to the insights of great thinkers from the West through the lens of bhakti, the art of devotional service to the Supreme Lord. This work therefore presents a unique opportunity to delve into the bhakti tradition while contemplating the enduring wisdom of ancient Western philosophers and theologians.

An exploration of Western philosophy
The book began its development in 2020, when Kadamba Kanana Swami shifted his teaching method to an online format during lock down, and offered an extensive lecture series entitled East West Dialogues. It was his desire that these lectures provide the content for a book, and to this end, a team of volunteers was established. We embarked on the spiritual adventure of transcribing and editing the lectures, and redesigning the content to align with his vision, which was to make the process of bhakti accessible to many more people, especially those of a philosophical nature.
Bhakti Vision is a valuable guide for those who wish to develop an applied appreciation for Vedic culture, whether they are already practitioners of a yoga system desiring to highlight their perception of the material world with a spiritual vision, or academic professionals and philosophical seekers who yearn to answer the enquiries emerging from within.
