Amsterdam – Preparations are underway for the much-anticipated Vyasa-puja and Kingsday 2025 celebrations. Attendees can now secure their spots by completing the official registration and reservation form. Each registrant can sign up for themselves and up to three additional guests. Those wishing to register more than four people must submit a separate form.
Registration Process:
- Register online.
- Complete the required payment.*
- Receive confirmation.
*Participants must pay for accommodation, the festival fee, and the bus fee in advance within 10 days of registration. Payments can be made via bank transfer (EU) or PayPal. If these options are unavailable, attendees should notify the organizers upon receiving payment details (Step 2).
For guests requiring transportation from or to the airport or train station, a special taxi form will be available starting April 1st.
Festival Schedule:
- Thursday, April 24 – Arrivals
- Friday, April 25 – Vyasa-puja
- Saturday, April 26 – Kingsday
- Sunday, April 27 – Departures
Attendees staying at the Radhadesh guesthouse must check out before 11 AM on Sunday, April 27, as extended stays are not possible.
